The HEARTS in Sync virtual program is making cardiac rehab more accessible to the people of Nova Scotia!
Their 1:1:1 care approach blends education and support from a registered nurse, physiotherapist and dietician. Taking this holistic model we created an interconnected logo based on a divided “nutrition plate model” to capture the components of the program but also being clear this was cardiac rehabilitation at its core.
I worked with their team to not only create a brand for the program but continued on to support with brand assets such as infographics, presentation templates, letterheads and a library of 60+ icons to be used across internal and external communication materials!
