Holding Hearts provides a supportive and confidential space for adults (18+) grieving a death to share their thoughts, experiences, and concerns.

Our goal was to develop a community centred logo that focuses on positive aspects for the living and what they need to work through their grief. The logo visualizes lightness and insight while being seen, held and supported in conversation.
